Apps
Billed per person who needs that app, not per person in your company. Someone who only uses Tasks is only a Tasks seat.

Automation, the AI assistant and cross-app analytics. Billed once for the whole organization, not per seat.

Billing questions.
What counts as a seat?
One person with access to one app. If eight people use Tasks and three of them also use the CRM, that's eight Tasks seats and three CRM seats — not eleven of each.
Can I mix individual apps and the Suite?
Yes, per person. Give your salespeople the Suite and everyone else just Tasks, if that's what fits. The calculator above assumes one choice for everyone, so treat it as a ceiling.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them and the seat goes with them. You're billed for the people who have access, not the people you once had.
Is the free spine really free?
Yes, with no seat limit. Every app needs the same directory of people and permissions underneath it, so charging for that would just be charging twice.
What does "early access" mean for my bill?
Everything is free right now, card or no card. The prices on this page are what things will cost when billing switches on, and we'll tell you before it does.
Can I get my data out?
Every app exports to CSV, and documents and invoices export to PDF. If you delete your organization, we erase it for real — see the DPA.
