- Account information — name, email address, organization, and role, provided when you register or are invited.
- Customer Data — the records, documents, and content your organization creates in the apps (for example contacts, tasks, tickets, invoices).
- Billing information — plan, seat counts, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Usage and log data — IP address, device and browser information, pages and actions, and timestamps, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
- Cookies — used for authentication, security, and remembering preferences.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to authenticate users and keep accounts and data secure;

Customer Data is retained per your organization's settings and our agreement, and deleted in the ordinary course after termination.

We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging, and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
