Subprocessors
Last updated: 13 July 2026
UseORG.com engages the third parties below to help provide the Service. Each processes customer personal data only on our instructions, under a written contract, and only for the purpose listed.
1. Current subprocessors
Most of these apply only if your organization uses the feature they support — the Applies to column says when. An organization that never connects Zoom, for example, never has data processed by Zoom.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Region | Applies to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS, CDN, TLS termination and WAF | Request metadata and IP addresses for all traffic | Global | All customers |
| [Hosting Provider] | Application and database hosting | All customer data stored in the Service | [Region] | All customers |
| [Email Delivery Provider] | Transactional email (invoices, tickets, invitations, reminders) | Recipient name and email address, message content | [Region] | All customers |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing and payment processing | Billing contact, organization name, payment method (held by Stripe) | United States, EU | Paying customers |
| Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) | Application error monitoring | Error diagnostics and request metadata | United States | All customers |
| Google LLC | Single sign-on, and Google Meet links for scheduled meetings | Account email, and calendar event details for booked meetings | Global | Organizations that sign in with Google or connect Google Meet |
| Zoom Communications, Inc. | Zoom meeting links for scheduled meetings | Meeting title, time and host account | United States | Organizations that connect Zoom |
| NVIDIA Corporation | Hosted language-model inference for the AI assistant | Prompts and the record content you ask the assistant about | United States | Organizations that enable the AI add-on |
