Subprocessors

UseORG.com engages the third parties below to help provide the Service. Each processes customer personal data only on our instructions, under a written contract, and only for the purpose listed.

Template notice: this document is a standard starting point. Replace the bracketed placeholders (hosting provider, email delivery provider, regions) and have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it in production.

1. Current subprocessors

Most of these apply only if your organization uses the feature they support — the Applies to column says when. An organization that never connects Zoom, for example, never has data processed by Zoom.

We will update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data. If you have subscribed to notifications (see the Data Processing Addendum), we will notify you, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as described there.
